About the event
Spend a couple of hours making your own woodland creatures from wool! In this workshop, you’ll choose from a selection of animals. A raccoon, beaver, rabbit, or bear, and create a soft, slightly oval forest friend. These shapes are simple and easy to felt, making this project perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a relaxed, creative escape.
You’ll learn basic needle felting techniques while shaping your animal, adding texture, and giving it a bit of personality. By the end of class, you’ll have a finished piece ready to display, gift, or tuck onto a shelf as a little woodland companion.
All materials are provided, including soft wool and felting tools. Bring your curiosity and creativity, and leave with a handmade friend that’s uniquely yours, and a little piece of the forest to take home.
