Felted Witch Fairy or Woman at NautiMI on the River Pinckney
Make your own needle felted character. She can be a witch, fairy, or woman - with your choice of colors, skin tones, and hair styles. Each character will include a handmade broom, simple or decorated with herbs or flowers. Take home extra wool and felting needles to make small details at home.

About the event
Step into the pages of an old storybook and create a whimsical folk character all your own.
In this workshop, you'll learn the art of needle felting while bringing a charming handcrafted character to life. Choose from deep woodland tones, rich burgundy hues, or soft water and sky blues, then personalize your character with your choice of skin tone and hair color.
We'll also create a rustic broom from natural materials to complete your character. Keep it simple or add dried herbs, flowers, and woodland touches to tell your own story. You'll have the option to display your finished piece on a natural stone base or take it home unattached for your own creative display.
This workshop is beginner-friendly, and we'll guide you through every step. More experienced felters will have time to add extra details and personality. Beginners will also take home their felting needles and extra wool so…
